Q. What time is check in?
A. Check in time is 4:00. Early check-in only if pre-arranged but no earlier than 2:00PM.
     Your cabin will be unlocked and the keys will be on the kitchen table.
Q. What time is check out?
A. Check out is 11:00AM.
Q. Do you allow smoking?
A. Smoking is not allowed in the cabins. Smoking is allowed outside of the cabins.
     All smoking material is to be placed in the container provided on the porch.
Q. Do you allow pets?
A. A maximum of 2 small dogs are allowed in the cabins. Your pet must be an a leash when outside.
    Pets must be crated if left alone in the cabin. Please do not allow pets on the bedding. A $25 pet
    cleaning fee will be charged. Cabin #3, Whitewater Country is our designated pet-friendly cabin.
Q. Do you allow children?
A. Children are most welcome. We ask that they not be left alone in the hot tub area. The renter is
    responsible for any accident or injury for anyone staying in the cabins.
Q. What do you provide?
A. We provide towels, hand soap, bedding including pillows, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pot,
     dishes, pots & pans.
Q. What should we bring?
A. We recommend you bring personal items such as bath soap, shampoo, hair dryer, salt, pepper,
     condiments and foil. Anything you have forgotten can be purchased locally.
Q. What is your guest policy?
A. Each of our cabins have a maximum number of 8 registered guests who can spend the night.
     Non-registered visitors are allowed for short durations as long as they do not disturb other cabins.
     Intoxicated or loud, unruly guests will be removed from the property.
     Quiet time is 10:00PM. This is absolutely enforced!
     No fireworks or discharging of any kind of firearm, including pellet or BB,  is permitted.
     Missing and or damaged items items will be charged to your credit card.
     We request that you let us know of any damages or if anything needs repaired.
     Guest shall allow owners access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Owners
     shall excercise his right in a reasonable manner.
Q. What do I need to do prior to leaving?
A. Dishes, dinnerware, etc. are to be washed, dried and put away.
     Remove bedding from each used bed that was used and place the bedding on top of the bed.
     Empty out the fridge.
     All trash, inside & outside, is to be taken to the dumpster located near cabin #2.
     Leave keys on kitchen table and lock the door.
Q. What is the minmum age for renters?
A. 21 years old.
Q. Is the fireplace woodburning?
A. Yes. One bundle of firewood is included with your cabin. Additional bundles available for a small fee.
Q. Are there phones in the cabins?
A. No land lines in cabins, however, we do have excellent cell phone service.
Q. What is your payment policy?
      If more than 30 days out, then 50% of the total rent is due at the time of confirmation. The remaining
      balance will be due 14 days prior to arrival.  
      If less than 30 days, then the entire rental balance is due at the time of confirmation.
      All rates are subject to change without notice.
Q, What is your cancellation/forfeiture policy?
      If cancellation is made more than 30 days out, then a full refund less a cancellation fee of $25 will be made.
      If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date,then no refund will be made unless
      the cabin can be re-rented for a like period of time. If re-rented then a full refund less a cancellation fee of $50
      will be made. No cancellation for no-shows.
       Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of any advance payments, deposits
       and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check in. An example would be paying for two people
       but allowing aditional people to stay overnight. This would also  be cause for immediate eviction.
Q.    What is your minimum stay policy?
         New River Gorge Cabins (NRGC) reserves thr right to enforce minimum stay policies from 2-5 n ights during
         peak demand.
